Eligibility:
"A Diamond Life" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except CA, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of JWT USA Inc. ("Sponsor"), American Express Publishing Corporation, A Diamond Is Forever, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and immediate family members and members of the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with Official Rules, including eligibility requirements.

How To Enter:
1) Sweepstakes begins 12:00 noon ET on June 3, 2008 and ends 12:00 midnight PT on August 29, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, visit
http://timeless.adiamondisforever.com ("Site") and follow the links to complete the online registration form. After entering, you may go to the Send-to-A-Friend page during the Sweepstakes Period and fill in the names and valid e-mail addresses of up to five (5) different friends/family members. You will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry for each unique and valid person who you refer to the Site during the Sweepstakes Period and who enters the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules. A valid person is defined as a person whose name and e-mail address differ from every other name and e-mail address theretofore submitted by any Sweepstakes participant pursuant to this Send-to-A-Friend procedure, and is eligible according to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household via the online registration form and five (5) entries per person/e-mail address/household via the Send-to-A-Friend method of entry for a total limit of six (6) entries per person/e-mail address/household for the entire Sweepstakes Period in accordance with the entry methods and related restrictions described above. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 29, 2008 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service provider will apply. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. 2) To enter by mail, hand print your name, complete address, zip code, daytime phone number, date of birth and the words "A Diamond Life" on a plain 3"X 5" piece of paper. Mail your entry in a hand addressed stamped envelope to: "A Diamond Life Sweepstakes", P.O. Box 7895, Melville, NY 11775-7895. You may enter up to 6 times, but each entry must be mailed separately, be postmarked by August 29, 2008 and received by September 5, 2008. Mechanically reproduced entries are automatically void. Limit 6 entries in total, regardless of method of entry.

Prize:
Grand Prize (1): A Sponsor-specified 3-stone diamond pendant and a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Wine Country in Northern California. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from nearest major U.S. getaway to winner’s home within the 48 contiguous states to destination city, accommodations at Matanzas Creek Vineyards (based on double occupancy), breakfast each morning and two (2) dining certificates, daily transportation provided to/from accommodations. Trip also includes professional travel planning and coordination; booking and coordination of air, accommodations, and activities; and a day-by-day itinerary and all necessary vouchers for travel and activities (Total Prize ARV: $10,000). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes in connection with prize, including without limitation Federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. All other expenses not explicitly included in prize package are sole responsibility of the winner. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2008, or prize will be forfeited. Prize will be awarded and potential winner will be notified by phone/mail. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to airline, accommodations, and blackout dates, and are subject to change. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves right to award prize (estimated $10,000) of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for and assumes no liability for cancellation or unavailability of specific flights, accommodations or other attractions. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility/liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.

Prize Drawing:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 5, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Prize will be awarded and potential winner will be notified by phone/mail. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Winner and travel companion must both be 21 years of age or older at time of travel. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) to Sponsor within 10 days and prior to travel, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, picture and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

General Rules:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and instructions and by all decisions of Sponsor, its agencies, including but not limited to Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., which are final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By participating, participants and winner on behalf of themselves and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, American Express Publishing Corporation, A Diamond Is Forever, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any damages, or losses or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree not to pursue any right, claim or action against Sponsor or its respective agencies in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes. Airline carrier's regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and travel companion must travel together on same itinerary. Travel companion of winner will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel. Internet entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any typographical error in the printing of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Sweepstakes prize. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for damages to user’s system occasioned by participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted. In such event, Sponsor would award prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
